Riverside Pilates Wirral is run by Val Jones, a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, who teaches all the sessions at RPW. Val originally trained as a dancer and Pilates became part of her training regime from the age of eighteen
Val decided to create RPW in order to give more people the opportunity to experience the benefits of the Pilates approach to physical fitness and well being.
